个人介绍
于圆圆,特聘教授,2017年博士毕业于清华大学,随后于芝加哥大学开展博士后研究,2021年加入上海大学。研究方向包括:一、拟基于开发抗体工具,实现不同翻译后修饰(尤其是泛素化修饰)在重要信号通路及疾病发生、发展中的功能解析。具体包括:1)翻译后修饰构象识别抗体工具的开发及功能解码;2) 绘制泛素密码在组织特异性和疾病特异性的“指纹图谱”,用于开发选择性调控或监测分子试剂。二、泛素相关蛋白质机器的酶学机制和化学调控研究。
代表性成果以第一作者、共同第一作者或通讯作者发表于Nature,Nat. Chem. Biol.,Nat. Struct. Mol. Biol., Nat.Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等化学、化学生物学领域顶级杂志。
