个人介绍

        辅晓晴,分别于2019年和2023年在德国图宾根大学获得药物与生物分析学硕士及博士学位(导师:Prof. Dr. Michael Laemmerhofer,入选2019年和2023年世界top 100分析化学家榜单),同年在该校开展博士后研究。2024年10月加入上海大学医学院。主要从事基于液质联用技术的脂质组学方法开发及应用,以第一/通讯作者在Anal. Chim. Acta,J Chromatogr A.等国际分析化学期刊发表多篇SCI论文,参与德国国家重点研发项目。


主要研究领域:

1. 基于液质联用的非靶向脂质组学新方法的开发;

2. 靶向低丰度脂质(如氧脂素等)分析方法的开发;

3. 利用组学技术对疾病相关异质性生物样本进行新型生物标志物筛选和机制研究。
