
个人介绍:
田宇,副研究员,硕士生导师。本科和硕士毕业于中国药科大学,药剂学专业;博士毕业于荷兰格罗宁根大学(导师:Henderik W. Frijlink),药剂学专业。2023年11月加入上海大学医学院。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,上海市自然科学基金,上海市科委扬帆计划,国家科技部外专项目,上海市高校青年教师培养资助计划等7个项目。以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Adv. Funct. Mater., J. Control. Release, Chem. Eng. J., Carbohydr. Polym., Asian J. Pharm. Sci. 等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。申请发明专利2项,授权专利1项。担任上海市药学会药剂学专委会青年委员、世界中医药学会联合会经皮给药专委会会员、Exploration 期刊青年编委,Nano Research、Int. J. Pharm、 Eur J Pharm Biopharm 等杂志独立审稿人。
主要研究领域:
1. 智能微针经皮递送系统:设计智能响应型纳米载药系统,并与智能控件及微针给药技术相结合,构建可实现精准调控与可控释放的智能微针经皮给药系统。
2. 抗肿瘤药物纳米递送系统联合肿瘤免疫治疗:基于肿瘤微环境的生理学特征,构建环境响应型抗肿瘤药物纳米递送系统,并与肿瘤免疫治疗策略相结合,以实现协同增效的抗肿瘤治疗效果。
3. 蛋白/多肽类药物及疫苗递送系统研究:通过引入新型稳定化策略,将蛋白、多肽类药物及疫苗与递送载体相结合,构建高效递送系统,以提升其理化稳定性、生物利用度及体内免疫应答效果。
