个人介绍
张天龙,1998-2002年,南京大学学士学位;2003-2009年,中科院上海生化细胞所博士学位;2009-2021年,中科院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心/生化细胞所先后担任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员;2021年加入上海大学医学院。已发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Cell Research、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications和Science Advances等高水平期刊发表文章15篇。作为课题负责人承接国家自然科学基金项目4项、科技部国家重点研发计划子课题1项和中科院项目2项。入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,并获得赛诺菲-中国科学院上海生命科学研究院优秀青年人才奖。
主要研究领域
运用生物化学、分子生物学、结构生物学和细胞生物学等方法,以衰老、肿瘤和糖尿病等重大疾病相关的信号通路为研究目标,开展信号传导机制、药物新靶点研究,探讨它们的功能失调与相关疾病的发生发展的关系及其分子机制,并为先导化合物筛选和改造提供分子基础。
