
个人介绍
陆一鸣(男),研究员,博士生导师。国家新药审评专家,中国药学会生化与生物技术药物专业委员会、海洋药物专业委员会委员;上海市药学会生化与生物技术药物专业委员会、海洋药物专业委员会委员。主要研究领域:抗炎免疫/抗肿瘤多肽类创新药物的研究与开发;海洋生物功能分子的发现及创新药物的研究开发;药物新靶标的发现与确证;新型药物递送系统研究。建立了基于分子展示技术、AI技术和多组学技术相结合的药物先导化合物发现平台,已获3个First-in-Class 新药品种,适应症包括肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病(炎症性肠病、类风湿性关节炎)、脓毒症等。近年来主持国家自然科学基金6项,“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项2项、国家重点研发计划1项、上海市科委支撑项目3项等各类科研项目15项。近5年发表Molecular Biology and Evolution、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry.等学术论文28篇;主编、副主编、参编专著8部;获海洋科学技术奖一等奖、上海市技术发明奖三等奖;国家发明专利18项(PCT 2项),专利转让1.09亿元等。
