一、论坛简介

上海大学医学院青年学者论坛旨在为海内外生物医药领域的青年才俊搭建学术交流平台。通过专题报告、学术研讨和人才洽谈等形式，共同探讨科技前沿话题，促进交流合作，引进海内外优秀青年人才。

This Forum for Young Scholars, hosted by School of Medicine, Shanghai University, aims to build an academic exchange platform for young talents in the field of biomedicine from both China and abroad. Through thematic presentations, academic seminars and talent negotiations, scholars will discuss the cutting-edge topics in science and technology, which will promote inter disciplinary collaboration and attract excellent young talents worldwide.

二、上海大学简介

上海大学是上海市属的综合性研究型大学，是教育部与上海市人民政府共建高校，是国家“211工程”重点建设高校、上海市高水平地方大学建设高校，是国家“双一流”建设高校。

Shanghai University is a municipal comprehensive university in Shanghai, jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. It is a key university under China’s “211 Project”, one of the first high-level local pilot sites in Shanghai, and a national “Double First-Class” initiative institution.

学校现设有24个博士后科研流动站、28个一级学科博士学位授权点、9个交叉学科博士点；42个一级学科硕士学位授权点、1个二级学科硕士学位授权点、30个硕士专业学位类别；100个本科专业；学科门类齐全，涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等学科门类。

Shanghai University presently has 24 centers for post-doctoral studies, 28 first-class disciplines doctor’s degree conferring programs, 9 doctor stations for inter-disciplines, 42 first-class disciplines master’s degree conferring programs, 1 second-class disciplines master’s conferring program, 30master’s degree categories and 100 undergraduate majors. It boasts a complete range of disciplines, covering Philosophy, Economics, Law, Education, Literature, History, Science, Engineering, Medicine, Management, Arts and Inter-disciplines.

三、上海大学医学院简介

上海大学医学院于2018年筹建，2020年3月14日成立。医学院以培养卓越创新医学人才、服务人民健康为使命，以打造特色鲜明的国际化、融合式、创新型医学院为愿景，努力培养博学识、强研究、擅转化的复合型医学精英人才。

The School of Medicine, Shanghai University was prepared in 2018 and founded on 14 March 2020. With the mission of cultivating outstanding and innovative medical talents and serving people’s health, the School of Medicine strives to build an international, integrated and innovative medical school with distinctive features, and cultivate interdisciplinary medical professionals with extensive knowledge, strong research abilities, and excellent skills in transformation of scientific achievements.

学院将依托上海大学学科门类齐全的优势，以“新医科”建设为契机，聚焦国家重大需求和城市重要使命，紧扣健康中国、海洋强国、积极应对人口老龄化，坚持服务国家战略、坚持国际化战略、坚持融合发展战略、坚持特色发展战略，打造应用研究型新医科人才培养基地。学院将重点布局药学、海洋医学、老年健康学、数字医学、超微创医学等差异化发展领域，助力上海早日建设成为亚洲医学中心城市、及具有全球影响力的健康科技创新中心城市。

Drawing on the comprehensive disciplines of Shanghai University, the School of Medicine aims to construct a “new medical science” by focusing on the major needs of the country and the important mission of Shanghai. The college will work to establish an applied research-oriented training base for new medical talent to contribute a great deal for Healthy China and Maritime Power, and to address population aging. For that matter, we will adhere to national strategies in internationalization, integration and characteristic development. Going forward, with the primary goal of turning Shanghai into a leading medical center in Asia and a global hub for health science and technology innovation, we will prioritize the development of specialized areas, including pharmaceutical science, marine medicine, geriatrics, digital medicine, and ultra-minimally invasive medicine.

学院现有教职工78名，其中国家级人才5名，省部级人才12名。医学院十分重视高层次青年人才的引进，学院现有海外高层次青年人才入选者12人。上海大学将为加盟的青年学者提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇、科研经费和安家费，并依托上海大学进行各类项目申报！

There are currently 78 faculty members working for the School of Medicine, including 5 national high-level talents and 12 provincial and ministerial high-level talents. The School of Medicine attaches great importance to the introduction of high-level young talents, and it has 12 overseas high-level young talents. Shanghai University will provide competitive salaries, research funds and settlement fees for the young scholars, and in turn, young scholars are able to apply for various projects by leveraging the platform of Shanghai University.

四、学科领域

人工智能与药物研发、智能医学影像、智能健康管理、‌智能医学诊断、中药及天然药物创新药物研发、多肽药物与材料研发、海洋生物活性分子的发现与研究、干细胞、组织与器官重建、合成生物学、肿瘤精准医学、抗原特异性T细胞免疫、发育与疾病表观遗传调控机制。

Artificial Intelligence in Drug Discovery and Development, Intelligent Medical Imaging‌,Intelligent Health Management, Intelligent Medical Diagnosis, Innovative Drug Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Natural Product-Based Medicine, Research and Development of Peptide Therapeutics and Functional Biomaterials, Discovery and Characterization of Marine-Derived Bioactive Molecules, Stem Cells, Tissue and Organ Regeneration, Synthetic Biology, Precision Oncology in Cancer Medicine, Antigen-Specific T Cell-Mediated Immunotherapy, Epigenetic Regulatory Mechanisms in Development and Human Diseases.

五、邀请对象

具有博士学位及海内外科研工作经历，年龄原则上不超过40岁；海内外优秀博士后；在海内外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位的优秀青年学者。

Excellent young scholars who have obtained doctor’s degrees, accumulated research experience at home or abroad, and are in principle not older than 40; excellent postdoctoral researchers; excellent young scholars with official teaching or research positions in universities, scientific research institutions or corporate research divisions.
